MapKit is a web based SaaS (Software as a Service) application that completely unburdens the customer in terms of Application management. MapKit is specialized in managing drinking water and sewer networks.

Advice
MapKit advises where replacement of assets is most profitable, and where the critical parts of the network are located in terms of CML/I2S impact
In more detail; MapKit advises which valves to operate to isolate leaks while affecting the least number of customers and how to clean/flush the network.
Schedule
MapKit automatically schedules assets inspections according to company policy. The frequency of inspection can also be made dependent on the CML/I2S impact.
The cleaning schedule of the network depends on the measured values from the field (water quality samples) and the number of brown water complaints.
Experience
MapKit has now been implemented at more than half of the Dutch drinking water companies. In addition, MapKit is also used by 20+ municipalities as a basic application for sewer and gully management. MapKit has now also been successfully implemented in African countries such as Uganda, Kenya and Jordan.
IT impact
MapKit has almost no impact: The customer only needs internet access to use MapKit. Data synchronization can be done with various links to GIS, SAP, Maximo, CRM, etc.
3S Antriebe integrated functionality
Mapkit links to the 3S portable actuator (AIG). This allows the user to pull data from the AIG directly into Mapkits which automatically allocates it to the correct asset. Data points include, Number of turns, Valve position, Calm networks operation monitoring, asset condition data and torque mapping.
